Getting Started with Care

All registration forms, consents, insurance verifications, and payment information will be submitted and maintained electronically via our secure, HIPAA-compliant electronic medical record system by our partners.

Initial appointment

At StarTouch Mental Health Services LLC, we provide patient care via both a secured Telemedicine Portal and in-person service (with limited space and notice). We truly value our time with each patient and can spend between 45 - 60 minutes on new and initial patient sessions. We listen to each patient's symptoms, previous history, current and past medications, lifestyle, faith, and whatever our patient wishes to share. We provide comprehensive mental health assessments to address various symptoms and tailor our approach to our patient’s specified needs.

Follow-up Appointments

Follow-up appointments are scheduled for 20 minutes. Here we address your responses and concerns to any medications prescribed, answer your questions, and manage your symptoms both new and old. Psychotherapy can be integrated into each follow-up session as needed.
