At StarTouch Mental Health Services LLC, we are committed to making mental health care affordable and accessible. We offer flexible payment options, including insurance coverage and self-pay rates, to accommodate our patients' needs. For those who qualify, we also provide sliding scale fees to ensure that cost is never a barrier to receiving quality care.
Insurance
Below are the insurance companies currently accepted by our bill partners and these may vary for your service area. We have credentialing processes in place for additional carriers and updates occur as they become available. We also use sliding scale rates that may be offered to eligible patients.
Self-Pay Fees

Initial Psychiatric Evaluation: $250

Follow-Up Medication Refill: $125
**​Additional fees may be applied if the follow-up visit runs more than 30 minutes.**
Other fees
We charge administrative fees for non-clinical services including completing forms, letters, FMLA, and disability paperwork. Fees are determined based on complexity and time required for completion but not greater than $75 for each service.
Please Note: Our collaboration on your wellness journey requires teamwork and it is your obligation to ensure you are attending scheduled appointments. You WILL be charged a no-show fee of $90 for new/ initial visits and $45 for follow-up if appointments are canceled/ missed without 48-hour notification. Future appointments will be not scheduled until these fees are paid.
Our practice requires patients to have a method of payment on file for scheduling purposes.
Additionally, if you are more than 10 minutes late for follow-up and more than 15 minutes late for a new/initial appointment it would be considered a no-show or missed appointment, and you will be charged the fee as states above.
